1. Overview
By accessing or using LocalBrag, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund/Cancellation Policy, and the Acceptable Use rules. LocalBrag helps local service businesses prepare authentic Google Business Profile content from real photos and light project details.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity in your LocalBrag workspace. You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and contact information.
3. Google Business Profile
You may connect Google Business Profile to select locations, sync reviews, generate review links, and publish approved updates. You must own or be authorized to manage each connected location. LocalBrag is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.
4. Content and AI
You keep ownership of photos, project details, review replies, and other content you submit. You grant LocalBrag permission to process, store, display, transform, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
AI-generated content is a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing service claims, locations, dates, photos, and copy before publishing or sharing.
5. Billing
Paid access may be handled through Paddle. LocalBrag may offer monthly subscriptions, trials, included monthly credits, and add-on credit packs. Cancellation and refund rules are explained in the Refund/Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use LocalBrag for fake, deceptive, illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or privacy-invasive content, to manipulate rankings, create fake reviews, or interfere with service security or reliability.
