1. Overview
LocalBrag may offer a monthly subscription, a trial for eligible users, included monthly credits, and add-on credit packs. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled.
2. Paddle
Payments may be processed by Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle taxes, receipts, invoices, subscription billing, chargebacks, and refunds.
3. Trials and subscriptions
If you do not cancel before an applicable trial ends, the subscription may renew as a paid monthly plan according to the offer shown at checkout.
4. Credits
Project credits are consumed when a project package is created. Consumed credits, delivered project packages, and immediately available digital services are not refundable unless Paddle or applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Cancellation
You can request cancellation from the dashboard or Paddle portal when available. Cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current trial or billing period.
6. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or Paddle, LocalBrag transactions are generally non-refundable after the digital service or credits are delivered or used. To request a refund, use Paddle receipt or subscription management links, Paddle buyer support, or contact us for routing help.
